We regret to inform you that BIOLAB has ceased operations effective immediately.

All pending blood draw orders and scheduled collections received prior to this notice will be completed as planned. However, no new specimen requisitions will be accepted going forward.

Please note that all BIOLAB Patient Service Centers (PSCs) are now closed effective immediately. We recommend that you promptly make arrangements with another certified laboratory to ensure uninterrupted care and testing for your patients.

All laboratory and patient testing records will be securely retained in accordance with record retention requirements as set forth by CLIA, HIPAA, and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and applicable law. Authorized parties may request access or copies of reports by contacting our designated Records Custodian below.

A dedicated support team remains available to assist with final reports, billing inquiries, medical record requests, and administrative matters.
