I am a new client, how do i request services?
Please call client services at 909-718-4592 and a representative will start your onboarding process.
How do I get my results?
If you are a doctors office a hard copy can be delivered/faxed to your facility or you may log in through our Web Portal. If you are patient please contact your doctors office.
How long do results take?
For routine testing results are usually done within 24 hours. For specialty or any send-out testing turn-around times may vary up to a few days.
How do I get access to the Web Portal?
Call client services and make a request, they will create a Username/Password within 24 hours usually.
Does BioLab offer STAT pickups?
Yes, for STAT services a small fee will be applied and we will be there usually within 2 hours depending on location.
Do you offer COVID testing?
Yes, we offer IgG/IgM Antibodies and the PCR Swab test.
Do I need to make an appointment for COVID-19 drive-thru testing?
Yes, to help maintain proper social distancing and safety, we are only allowing a limited number of vehicles at a time.
Does BioLab offer company COVID-19 testing for employees?
Yes, BioLab can offer on-site services for COVID testing. Please call 909-718-4592 and a representative will assist you.
What do I need to bring?
Just your photo ID, face mask, a form of payment. For COVID testing, payment is preferred to be collected over the phone prior to coming in to minimize physical contact. However, payment can be received in person as well.
How do I pay my bill?
You can either send in payment via mail or you can call client services and pay over the phone.
What is the cash price for COVID Testing?
PCR Swab tests are $175 and Antibody tests are $80
